Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to love the Puzzle Snuffle Mat. If you're not completely happy, we'll make it right.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You don't need to ship the item back — keep it, donate it, or pass it to a friend.

How to request a refund. Email support@whiskerxpaws.com with your order number and a quick note. We reply within 1–2 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method within a few business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it).

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Not received. If tracking stalls or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll investigate and make it right.
